Last night I heard that the chief director of Japanese sumo, former kitanoumi, resigned from his job due to the matters connected with cannabis. But it is too late, isn’t it? There have been a lot of problems in the sumo world before the incident occurred. One pupil was dead under the name of ‘training’, and few and few young would want to enter such a strict world.
I think it’s natural that nothing can escape from mutation in this changing world. When I saw a photo book of Asashoryu on a TV program, in which he was jumping and laughing with his hair hanging loose wildly, I was surprised by the scene, because I have never seen such a yokozuna. He used to raise his fists in triumph…Globalizing, isn’t it? Whether we like it or not, our national sport must think of its style. Those who like the traditional way may tighten control over all sumo wrestlers. On the other hand, those who like more entertainment might ease their tension. I think either is OK, but younger people have already less interested in the sports. How about you?

It is Sunday, April 5th, warm.
For lunch I wanted to make tarako spaghetti, so I surfed the Internet and found a good recipe. Let me share how to make it. I is for 2 or 3 persons.To make sauce, add the following ingredients. Two cod roes(skin removed), 2/1T powdered seaweeds(kobucha), a little wasabi, 1T mayonnaise, 2T soya milk. Boil pasta(add salt when boiiling), drain and add a little soy sauce. Mix with sauce. The amount of the ingredients is depends on your taste. A little lemon juice can be added. Soya milk should be muchousei. How can I say it・・・natural soymilk? Would you tell me if you know the proper Englosh word?
I hope the warmth and beauty of spring can cure every pain. This morning I asked my DH the date and charge for the automobile inspection. He became very angry saying he had already told me and left... He returned at the lucn time, though. He is scheduled to eat out with his frinds tonight.
I won't talk to him. I don't undersatand why he got angry for the trifle matter.
