Blue sky

Hello, everyone!
How are you, today?

Yesterday's session was very exciting for me,
so I became groggy today.
But my heart was refreshed just like as today's blue sky.
Photograph and video recording were all right.
I will show you those recording soon.

It is time to go to bed.
Good night, friends!

Dear Cherry and friends,

Hello, Cherry and friends.
Last week, all the classes finished. During the spring semester, I sometimes got Thursday’s Nikkei evening newspaper not because I bought investment trusts recently but because I wanted to read a small essay written by Takeo Koizumi, zymurgist (I didn’t know the word). He writes about food every Thursday. I like his essay. He is now a professor of Tokyo University of Agriculture. He is the son of big brewery in Tohoku. He elaborates stories about simple food such as sardine. He started with some encyclopedic knowledge about a food or dish and always ends with the description how he enjoys the food. Almost all the food he tries tastes like heaven.
One of the essays I read in June was about plum liquor. It says the older it is, the better the taste is. I asked Mother if she has ever made plum liquor, and we found a huge bottle labeled as 1998. It was made almost ten years ago. We enjoy a glass of plum liquor with ice on hot evening like today.
Talking about plum, a friend of Mother whose name is Keiko-san gave us kilos of plums this year. From Keiko-san, we learned about plum vinegar. You might know about this. The recipe is very simple. We just soak plums in rice vinegar. It is really tasty. I always use it as dressing on a salad.
