About takoyaki

Hi, everyone!

When I read all your comments these days, I really became confused with them,
which had a variety of place, and time.
But it doesn't mean bad thing, just fascinating for me, like as a high-quality novel.
Only being here, and feeling everywhere in the world.

Plum, I'm glad to hear your favorite things about Australia.
It's so wonderful for me to imagine some sweet fruits and blue sky there.
Some day I'd like to visit there and enjoy them.

Last night, we enjoyed takoyaki with a machine for exclusive use, takoyaki-ki.
Do you have this machine?
It is so popular in Osaka, and many family use it to eat takoyaki.
There are a shop in Osaka that sell takoyaki with even chocolate in it.
(it sounds strange)
When I read Plum' s comment about Ulala-san's crepe, I remembered those.
I'm sorry if my imagination might be rather poor.

It is still blowing hot, and so it's not easy to have tight sleep at night.
Relax and go easy, good night, dear friends!

Dear Cherry,

Yes, I've heard that every family in Osaka has takoyakiki. I couldn't believe it immediately. Maybe it was a bit exaggeration. It seems to serve not only whatever ingredients you like but also happy family moments.

Have you heard about milky-taste takoyaki? Osaka-jin must be creative.

My precious friends,

I hope you had a lot of enjoyable time this weekend. Tomorrow is the first day of a new week.

My daughter and I went out grocery shopping at Coles, taking her baby in his stroller. I found some free advertising hand-outs for this coming spring, and took a couple of dozens of them for my English students to learn something about a supermarket and everyday life in an English speaking country.

We had two visitors this evening, Shogo, a Japanese man, probably, in his 30s and a friend of Yoji’s, and Maria, his fiancĂ©e, an Italian-Australian, in her mid-20s. They came to see the baby, and said that they were having a wedding next January in Adelaide, and so I said that they must be very excited, because it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Then, my daughter looked at me with a frowning face, and so I just added “for some people”. (After they left, my daughter told me that Shogo was a divorce. Yes, I got her when she looked at me.)

I met so many Japanese who married Australians after they got divorced in Japan, here in Sydney. Engels argues that we get married for pure love or convenience. A long time ago, I asked the husband of one of my best friends from university why he married her, and he answered that she was just there when he was lonely and wanted someone for company. Marriage is just timing? I don’t know…

Shogo was a quite handsome Japanese young man from Saitama and Maria was a very beautiful Italian young lady, though she grew up in this country and does not speak Italian fluently, she said.

Tomorrow, we are going to the city, for the first time with the baby in his stroller, on the bus, since she is visiting her GP in Wynyard. It will be the last hectic day with this little baby in my stay in Sydney this time.

My dear friends, I hope you have a fabulous start tomorrow, the first day of a new week. Goodnight, have sweet dreams.

Hi, everyone.

I got back home just 30 minutes ago. Today I went to Nagoya City Culutural Hall (Chukyo University Shimin Kaikan)to see Ballet Don Quixote.
It was litarally fantastic and marvelous. We really enjoyed very much. It's comedy. After that, we went to the Italian restraunt. What a nice day! today !

Japanese summer is near to Hell, yet. Please be careful if you come from a country in winter.

Cherry, I have a iron pan for Octopus cake made in Nanbu. However, I have never used chocolate for the dish.

Hello, friends.
I mistakenly wrote a comment on yesterday's page again.
It's about my decision this year.

Hello,my dearest friends!
Takoyaki is my favorite but I have never baked it by myself. Okonomiyaki is my husband’s favorite. I like okonomiyaki, too. But there is a hidden reason of dishonesty. When we make okonomiyaki at home, my job is only cutting a cabbage, easy job! My husband loves to bake okonomiyaki by himself, giving a lecture to us about ingredients and the quantity and the baking time. Others only wait for being ready. Let him do it! Our words of “ Good! Delicious! ” make him happy. What a simplicity!
Now is morning. I will continue my Masai’s story at night. Have a good day and a good week!
