New Year resolution

HI, everyone!

Alice, I think your comment about Mr. Umeda’s book is just appropriate one. I will surely recommend this book to the young.

I was also impressed with US presidential campaign. Whether Hillary wins or not, the last candidate of the Democratic Party will be a great sensation for us.

I haven’t gone to excise for a long time, and now I’m sore all over my whole body aches.
I’d like to go to gym regularly, at least twice a week, all year round. It is one of my New Year resolutions.

So, I will go to bed earlier than usual. Good night!

Dear Cherry and friends,

Hello. How are you?

Talking about exercise, I talked to a guy who succeeded in losing his weight. Yesterday, he came to our laboratory and I was surprised at his appearance. We took same classes during the spring semester. I haven't seen him for several months. His laboratory is next to mine. He looked completely different yesterday. He wondered why people noticed his change after he lost only 10 kilos. He said he lost more before summer, but few people noticed. But people are telling him how he looks different these days. Probably his weight was more than 120 kilos before summer. Now he has only 85 kilos. I asked him how he did it. He eats 1500 kilo calories of food every day. He eats more breakfast and lunch than dinner. He runs for one hour every day. It sounds easy but I believe it's difficult to change one's habit. He quit all the bad food like lunch boxes from convenience stores or ramen noodles for breakfast. I admired his efforts and guaranteed he extended his life. He said his goal is 70 kilos. I think he will succeed.

I really admire people who have strong will.

Hello, friends.

Today I had a good time at cosmos's house, having delicious lunch and talking about our world, which is manipulated by something like media and some rich people, who are The Central World Bank people according to Jonathan.

He said that it is scary to live in such a world. His speech was just like a movie, but I can
believe it to a certain extent.
He thinks 9-11 attack was a plot framed by American government. Isn't it like a mystery movie?
He said that 'Truth is stranger than fiction.'

Plum also told that the Japanese government manipulates us not to think seriously about politics, economy and education. They don't need smart and competent people because they don't want to be disturbed their way of wrong doings by clever people, so they provide a lot of entertainment through TV and movies.
I often feel helpless when I heard bad news of fraud, bribe and embezzelment in the government or society. We can't do anything even though it is our tax money. So I also escape from reality and go see movies, which turns out just as the government wishes.

Hi, everyone.

Alice, everyone except you knows such a person having a strong will.
It's you.

Today, I will voluntarily write about Ichikawa Fusae.(I'm a liar.)
Do you know Ogata Sadako. She wrote about Ichikawa Fusae. In 1968, she was in Karuizawa with her children. Suddenly, Ichikawa called her and told she wanted to meet her. Ogata could not even imagine why she wanted to meet her.
After Ichikawa knew Ogata would not soon come back to Tokyo, she came to meet her in Karuizawa all the way. Her porpose was that she wanted to ask her if she attends the UN General meeting. This old female congressperson's visit rocked her family. At that time, the former UN High Commissioner was engaged in house keeping operations. She worked for ICU and Seishin women's university as a part timer. She was a teacher of International relations and the history of Japanese Foreign Affairs. The UN was one shpere of her specialty.
She desired to see the entity of the UN politics and she thought it was a good opportunity to her. And her family sympathised with her.
She started her UN life.

Hi, everyone!!!
How are you doing? Is everything OK with you?

I took home Jonathan’s DVD, and tried to play it, but none of my three DVD players at my house could not accept it. My computer also did not take it. This means that I could not watch it on any of my players including my computer.

Thereby, I saw, on the net, just one of the four parts entitled World Trade Center. Uh………., I don’t know how to describe my impression.

Take a look at it yourself. Maybe, I would like to know your impressions first.

Talk to you tomorrow, my precious friends. Bye for now.
