Fantastic encounter

HI, ladies!!
It is Thursday, October 2, 2008, today, and we’ve enjoyed clear, blue sky all day.

I’d like to talk about my fantastic encounter on the Net. It seems I’ve just fallen in love, AGAIN, with the living legendary artists from Norway. They were the one of the most popular pop song groups in the late 1980’s, when a lot of video-music beautiful collaboration were in vogue. They had explosive sales because of their catchy melody, cool style and edgy videos. But as time went by, almost all bands disappeared from our sight…However, they have still survived beyond more than 20 years, and moreover, they have evolved ideally!

Do you know “a-ha”? Although three of them are almost in their late 40s, I’m deeply touched by their charming, sweet and perfect appearance. Their current music is also so attractive for me. They are working in progress, just like good wine, even now. I am now happy that I’m getting surprisingly addicted to them.

I hope you enjoyed reading this unimportant experience of mine.
See you, my energetic friends…

Dear Cherry and friends,

Hello. How are you?
Yeah, the name A-HA reminds me of the song, "Take on me." A refrain from the song automatically came up to my mind. You're definitely of my generation.
I often listened to Pet Shop Boys, Wham, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, and so on. These were my favorites. I didn't know A-HA was from Norway.

I'm reading Dyhouse's fourth chapter.

Chapter 4

Women Academics

This chapter, I believe, is the main part of the book since it answers the title question, "No Distinction of sex?" approaching from several directions.
Although things are complicated because most successful women teachers did not feel that there was distinction, Dyhouse carefully and persistently collected evidences that tells us that there was.
I'll write about this chapter in detail next time.

Plum, thank you for informing us of Jonathan's successor. It's encouraging news for us.
Good night.
