English Grammar

HI, everyone!

I skipped this Blog for some days because of my hectic days of spring holiday. I was going to write it everyday, but I couldn’t. I didn’t use to skip it very much before, but now I often do it. These days I found that I was weak in English grammar, so I have turned cautious in writing this Blog. Today I learned ‘used to’ and ‘I am doing,’ and I am trying to use them here. In fact, I’d like to write about movies, books and TV programs, but my mind is too much occupied with my own affairs. I wish I could freely write in English, just like you.

So, see you tomorrow. Good night.

Dear Cherry and friends,

Hello. How are you?
I'm glad to hear from you. Like you say, I have similar problems.
I often regret that I used awkward expressions in English. Unlike conversation, writing English doesn't tell me how people respond to my English. When we have a conversation, we can get immediate response. If my spoken English doesn't make any sense, I can tell listeners don't understand me.

Today, I went to 3 university libraries in Nagoya. I left home around 3 pm. University libraries are open late. First, I went to the Nagoya university library and applied for a library card. It takes more than a week to get a card. Then, I walked to Nanzan university. I browsed some books and borrowed 2 books there. The third library I visited was at Meijo. Two days ago, I found the library had a book I wanted to see. It was quarter past 7 when I arrived at Meijo. I asked a library staff to make my library card and borrow a book. The library building in the Meijo campus is grandiose. It's worth visiting.

Tomorrow night, some members will stay at a hotel in Shiga prefecture. So will I.
Sorry. I'll skip an entry.
Have a good weekend.

Dear Cherry and friends,

I really appreciate your efforts, Cherry. When kids were young like your children, I sometimes feel hectic like you are feeling now. But the things are not always the same. My daughter goes to school to attend club actvities(
badmintin club) even in spring vacation. My son goes to his friend's house almost everyday.
What I can do to them is to welcome them with smile and to prepare meals.

Let me write about public bath designed beautifully.
As everyone notices taking bath is a good way to relax. Have you ever been there? It only costs five to six yen. It has a variety of water flow, bathtub and so on.

My daughter is too busy to go with me these days! Some of you are going to EXIV Biwako. How nice !

Hello, Cherry and my dear friends.

I had a guest from Sendai yesterday. She is Lillian. She stayed overnight at my house. The next day we drove to CCEA meeting together.

Inviting guests makes me busy cleaning my house. But it's good because it makes my house clean and tidy.

Good-night.

Dear friends,

It is April 4. It is another beautiful spring day, but it is a little chilly in the morning and night. Today I went to a beauty salon to dye(not die)and have my hair cut. I have dyed with hena, a kind of herb for the first time. I can smell herb. Today I'm going to introduce this shop. At the corner of the shop, there is a shelf filled with picture books and toys. Yes, this is the place for kids. It is not only for the customers' but also the beauticians' The main one has a one-year-old girl, the other has a five- year-old son. Before four, one picks up the kids and they take care of their kids at the shop. (The corner has a kind of gate.) In the special occasions when the nursing school doesn't accept the kids, they bring the kids there while working.
Is this working style new or old?

Hello, friends.

I've been to Biwako XIV several times before, but this time I went to Ohmi Hachiman for SUIGO MEGURI for the first time. Forgetting daily hectic life, we, 5 members, could enjoy slow life experience on the boat in tranquility with the sound of birds and paddling only.
The boatman said that there was a shooting of Kurama Tengu there because the place was suitable for JIDAIGEKI.
It was like a time slip to Edo. I recommend you to go there once.
