Hi, everyone!
It was the coldest morning today, wasn’t it? Hard winter of Nagoya has come at last. On TV news this evening, a newscaster said that there are many ‘winter days,’ or fuyubi, during which the temperature falls below zero degrees, in Nagoya as three times as in Tokyo or Osaka. I didn’t know about it. We have to survive this tough season.
Cosmos, thank you for your report on Dr Ueno’s lecture. She is still so young that we will be able to get her wisdom more.
So, I’ll talk to you tomorrow. Good bye!

Hi, everyone.
Today, around Miyoshi pond, many wild ducks rested. They looked delicious. When I observe many mallards, I feel deep winter.
Last year, I witnessed an interesting scene. In Suhara park in Kariya city, there is a pond.
Many water birds and migrating birds visit there in winter and crows always live there.
Many people feed birds on or in the pond except crows. As you know, crows have a brain smater than dogs. They study something from the fed birds. They came to enter the pond for the first time last year. In deep winter they did. I was impressed with the crows's evolution.
Hi, everyone,
Plum, how is your HD and Urala-san’s cold? I hope they will recover soon. Taking care of a baby requires lots of energy physically and mentally especially under a bad weather (kigen-ga-warui). I’m glad your conditions are getting better. What kind of massage do you take? Oh, I have forgotten to say thank you. I really love the poem your English teacher sent to you. It is heart warming, cute and fantastic.
Oh, Mongolia I can imagine your happy smile with your grandchild. I didn’t know mother cut her fine vine in the eye. Can I say “Congratulation “? I read that the expression congratulation is used when it is obtained with efforts. So it is not polite to say it to the bride. Maybe it is not up to date. I wonder if I can say it at the time of birth. Cosmos, the news of rapid aging society is also my concern. There must be a lot of good models for aging. Cherry, thank you for giving me a chance to think in English. Thank you for reading, everyone. Everyone, I’ll be back…
