'Oprah's favorite candidate'

Hi, everyone!

Alice, you have many works to do, and I hope you will be able to do them all.

From TIME this week: Obama finds his moment
‘Oprah’s favorite candidate---Now the Obama campaign is hoping that Oprah Winfrey’s golden touch will have a similar impact on the residents of Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina.---And the day after Oprah’s plans were revealed, Hillary announced that she had her own diva supporter: Barbra Streisand.’

President campaign of USA will become more and more intense and some famous persons tend to announce their support for a favorite candidate officially. In Japan, not many people are willing to volunteer their opinions in public, partly because there are very few politicians worthy to be considered. It’s a pity.

So, see you tomorrow, bye!

Hi, everyone.

The day before yesterday, I went to the library next to Parliament. I went there for the first time. Before you entered there, you must register yourself and make a card. Then you can't bring your bag into the labrary, you use the locker, if you want to take your personal effects, you must use a transparent plastic bag which is available. Using your register card, you can go in. I went to the new builiding not to the main building. There I used the equipment to see micro film. The scene I watched in the movie or TV drama was on in front of me. The clerks or staffs were very kind but there were many restrictions. They bothered me unfathomably. It took a time longer than I expected. When you go out of it by using your register card, it is retrieved. If you want to come again next time, you must make a register card again. I don't know why?

Good morning, everyone.

It is a beautiful Saturday. I found an interesting article on 1968 trauma. They (Newsweek)say the year 1968 is the year that made us who we are.
I didn't pay any attention if I am not involved in the essay writing.
I'm writing on Nakayama Masa who is a first prime minister in 1960. In Japan university students occupied Yasuda Auditorium. Interestingly Bush is against the movements in the 60s, Hirary is for. Obama (?)says they should say farewell to the 60s.
I am still puzsled but I can feel a bit about the atomosphere or the mood of 60s.

Azalea, you went to the library in Tokyo ! Cool !

I'm sure I will put a stich in the writing, too!

Thank you.
