Holding a barbell

Hi, everyone!

It was rather warmer today than yesterday and I could saw beautiful blue sky.

Azalea, I thank you for your detailed story about the skin fossils of dinosaurs. I can’t imagine 65 million years ago…! But it is also mysterious for us, who have to get along our small daily life.

Cosmos, I feel sorry for your struggles with your PC, and I’d like to hear your following talks next time.

This afternoon I went the gym to do new program with some barbell. I was really tired with many squats holding a barbell over my shoulder! I’m sure that I should feel some muscular pains tomorrow morning. So, it’s the end. See you!

Hi, everyone.

Cherry, I am a small(literally) and feeble citizen. So I like a dinosaur's world. It is a kind of air castle.

Today, e-mail's title 'Stop being a fossil fool' was sent. I thought someone blamed me for the cliche dinosaurs story. I was bewildered. However, I failed to read some parts. These words are 'Tell Japan'
to stop being a fossil fool. To Lazyness of Japanese government, NGO groups gave Fossil Prize. I think Kyoto protocol is defect. Immediately, another agreement or protocol must be made. It must win The USA, China, Rossia and India.
It should quit the idea of the sink. The important thing is not to emit CO2 and NH4. For example, those or institutes or companys who and which develop and invent alternative energy will be prized equivalent to a Nobel laureate.

Hello,friends.

This morning I woke up very happily because I had a sweet dream. It was in spring and we went cherry festival and after walking around a lot, I was exhasted and wanted to take a rest in a Japanese inn, then I became sleepy, putting my head on someone's lap, watching the cherry petals falling from the sky like pink rain through the window of the inn. That Hanafubuki was really beautiful.I didn't remember who was the person who let me sleep on her or his lap.
I woke up in romantic mood, so it was surely a man!

Hello, everyone!!!
Are you enjoying yourselves?
It is Friday, December 7, 2007, today, and it is a bit cloudy but it is rather warm, and definitely warmer than yesterday.

This morning I went to my dentist’s clinic and about ten minutes ago my merry maid came around and now she is cleaning my house for me.

I am going to get a dental implant operation, but my cervical vertebrae are not in perfect condition for it, and my dentist suggested that we could wait, perhaps, for a few months until spring came.

The other day, a friend of mine gave me two packs of soup with something, which seems to me some parts of shellfish, but I am not certain of what they are, as a souvenir from Ise Shrine, since he visited it with his wife. Just for lunch, I put a pack of soup with something into some rice, and cooked it, and, surprisingly enough, it came out really nice. The smell was terrific and the taste was fabulous. My daughter is coming back soon from Mie, and so I will suggest that she should eat it.

The next week is my last work week for this semester. It seems to me that it was a miracle for me to be able to go back to the classroom. I thought I was going to die in my room of the hospital and cried out not just a few times but more. It may sound ridiculous to you, but I was like that while I was in the hospital.

Now, I will get back to the rest of my work for today. I will talk to you again tomorrow, my precious friends. Have a delightful Friday evening…
